"Getty Images is dropping the watermark for the bulk of its collection, inexchange for an open-embed program that will let users drop in any imagethey want, as long as the service gets to append a footer at the bottom ofthe picture with a credit and link to the licensing page."
Good Morning:
I am a committee member for SLSA (School Library System Association on the ESIFC ( Empire State Information Fluency Continuum) love those acronyms - We have developed a lib guide highlighting what the IFC is ( the red binders) and how important it is to the strategies for implementing the common core standards. I know that some of you have used them successfully. I would like to incorporate what you have done into the LibGuide - with credit. When you have time please send me the lessons and how you used them. Engageny has the ESIFC on their website and they have been endorsed by Bernie Margolis the state librarian.
We have big plans for the future statewide use of the libguide - be a part of it.
I will be sending out periodic reminders as this will be an ongoing endeavor.
